These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MaenGame at https://maengame.com and its games. By connecting a wallet or playing, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, Reward Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Risk Disclosure.

Syarat Layanan ini ("Syarat") mengatur penggunaan MaenGame di https://maengame.com beserta game-gamenya. Dengan menghubungkan wallet atau bermain, Anda menyetujui Syarat ini serta Kebijakan Privasi, Kebijakan Reward, Kebijakan Penggunaan, dan Pengungkapan Risiko.

1. Eligibility
1. Persyaratan

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) and allowed by local law to use blockchain services and digital tokens. You are responsible for following the laws of your country.

Anda harus berusia 18 tahun ke atas (atau usia dewasa di wilayah Anda) dan diizinkan hukum setempat untuk menggunakan layanan blockchain dan token digital. Anda bertanggung jawab mematuhi hukum di negara Anda.

2. Wallet & Account

You sign in with a Solana wallet. Your wallet is your account: one wallet, one account. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private key and seed phrase; we cannot recover them. Login may require holding a minimum amount of the MaenGame token, as shown at sign-in. Admin accounts are operated by MaenGame staff.

3. In-Game Items

Gems, Energy, Gold, Crystal, Move/Attack Points, speed-ups, heroes, gear, skins, VIP points and all other in-game items are a limited, revocable licence to use content inside MaenGame. They are not money, not tokens, not NFTs, have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, sold, or transferred outside the game, and are not your property.

Gems, Energy, Gold, Crystal, Move/Attack Points, speed-up, hero, gear, skin, poin VIP, dan item dalam game lainnya adalah lisensi terbatas yang dapat dicabut untuk memakai konten di dalam MaenGame. Item tersebut bukan uang, bukan token, bukan NFT, tidak memiliki nilai tunai, tidak dapat ditarik, dijual, atau dipindahkan ke luar game, dan bukan milik Anda.

4. Purchases with Token or Gems
4. Pembelian dengan Token atau Gems

Some items can be bought with the MaenGame token. Prices are set in USD and converted to tokens at checkout. You approve each payment in your wallet; network fees are paid by you. A purchase is delivered after the transaction is confirmed on Solana. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where an item was not delivered because of our error, in which case we deliver it or credit an equivalent. Daily and weekly purchase limits apply. Token payments are split by MaenGame between reserve, reward pool and burn.

Sebagian item dapat dibeli dengan token MaenGame. Harga ditetapkan dalam USD dan dikonversi ke token saat checkout. Anda menyetujui setiap pembayaran di wallet; biaya jaringan ditanggung Anda. Item dikirim setelah transaksi dikonfirmasi di Solana. Semua pembelian bersifat final dan tidak dapat dikembalikan, kecuali item tidak terkirim karena kesalahan kami; dalam hal itu kami mengirim item atau memberi pengganti setara. Berlaku batas pembelian harian dan mingguan. Pembayaran token dibagi MaenGame ke reserve, reward pool, dan burn.

5. Fair Play

Cheating, bots, scripts, exploiting bugs, multi-accounting to farm rewards, buying or selling accounts, and attacking the service are prohibited (see the Acceptable Use Policy). We may cancel rewards, reset progress, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules.

Kecurangan, bot, skrip, memanfaatkan bug, multi-akun untuk mengumpulkan hadiah, jual-beli akun, dan menyerang layanan dilarang (lihat Kebijakan Penggunaan). Kami dapat membatalkan hadiah, mereset progres, menangguhkan, atau memblokir permanen akun yang melanggar.

6. Game Changes

Games are live services. We may change balance, prices, events, rewards, seasons and features, run maintenance, merge servers, or retire a game. We announce major changes in the game or on X (@0xMaenGame) when possible.

Game adalah layanan yang terus berjalan. Kami dapat mengubah keseimbangan, harga, event, hadiah, season, dan fitur, melakukan maintenance, menggabungkan server, atau menghentikan suatu game. Perubahan besar diumumkan di game atau di X (@0xMaenGame) bila memungkinkan.

7. Intellectual Property

The MaenGame name, games, code and original content belong to MaenGame. Some art uses free assets under their licences (see Credits in the game). You may not copy or resell our content.

Nama MaenGame, game, kode, dan konten orisinal adalah milik MaenGame. Sebagian gambar memakai aset gratis sesuai lisensinya (lihat Credits di game). Anda tidak boleh menyalin atau menjual ulang konten kami.

8. Disclaimer & Liability
8. Penafian & Tanggung Jawab

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaenGame is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, token price changes, wallet or blockchain failures, or losses caused by your own actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected item in the 30 days before the claim.

Layanan disediakan "sebagaimana adanya". Sejauh diizinkan hukum, MaenGame tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, perubahan harga token, kegagalan wallet atau blockchain, maupun kerugian akibat tindakan Anda sendiri. Tanggung jawab total kami atas suatu klaim dibatasi pada jumlah yang Anda bayarkan untuk item terkait dalam 30 hari sebelum klaim.

9. Termination
9. Penghentian

You may stop using MaenGame at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or the law. In-game items are lost when an account is closed.

Anda dapat berhenti menggunakan MaenGame kapan saja. Kami dapat menangguhkan atau menutup akun yang melanggar Syarat ini atau hukum. Item dalam game hilang saat akun ditutup.

10. Governing Law
10. Hukum yang Berlaku

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute through support at [email protected].

Syarat ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia. Setiap sengketa akan diupayakan diselesaikan terlebih dahulu melalui dukungan di [email protected].

11. Changes to these Terms
11. Perubahan Syarat

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use means you accept the update.

Kami dapat memperbarui Syarat ini; tanggal di atas menunjukkan versi saat ini. Tetap menggunakan layanan berarti Anda menyetujui pembaruan tersebut.
